From your garage to sold.
Inspection
Our service department does a full inspection ($250, nonrefundable) and shares the report with you, so you and the buyer know exactly what you're selling.
Set your price
You set the minimum sale price. We list it at your asking price and talk through any lower offers with you before saying yes.
We sell it
Your unit sits on our floor and in our online inventory. We handle questions, showings, test rides, and the sale paperwork.
You get paid
When it sells, we pay off any lien, keep our commission, and pay you the rest once the sale and title clear.
Straightforward terms.
Here's what's in our Vehicle Consignment and Sales Agreement, in plain language. We'll go over the full agreement, and Utah's TC-120 Consignment Charges Agreement, with you before anything is signed.
- Commission: 5% of the sale price, with a $250 minimum.
- Inspection: $250, nonrefundable, done by our service department before the unit is listed.
- Getting it ready: cleaning, detailing, and any repairs needed to sell are your cost. We'll tell you what's needed first, and invoice you for it.
- Insurance: you keep liability and physical damage coverage on the unit while it's here, and give us a copy of your insurance certificate.
- Title: stays in your name until it sells. If there's a loan, you authorize us to pay off the lienholder at the sale.
- Ending it: either of us can end the agreement with 10 days' written notice. Any outstanding charges are settled when you pick it up.

Common questions.
What does consigning cost?
A $250 nonrefundable inspection before listing, plus a 5% commission when it sells ($250 minimum). Any cleaning, detailing, or repairs needed to sell are quoted to you first.
Who decides the price?
You do. You set the minimum price, and we'll call you about any offer below it before accepting.
Can I consign a bike that still has a loan?
Yes. At the sale we pay your lienholder directly, then pay you your equity once we receive the title.
Who's responsible for damage while it's here?
You keep your own insurance on the unit while it's on consignment, including during test rides. It's spelled out in the agreement and on Utah's TC-120 form.
What can I consign?
Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and trailers. Call with the year, make, and model if you're not sure it's a fit.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Either of us can end the agreement with 10 days' written notice. Outstanding charges, like the inspection or approved repairs, are settled when you pick it up.
This page is a plain-language summary. The signed Vehicle Consignment and Sales Agreement and Utah form TC-120 are the final terms.
